I will install the updates manually, I just need to be able to get to them. It will attempt to allow me open and reinstall my current back up, but a window opens and says it needs to update but it never does. I am currently using Point of Sale V12.0 PRO Version V31 R6 and I currently have a version installed on the new computer BUT it will not even allow me to open the help tab. I do not use any services from Intuit nor have I ever used any services except the software itself and I have no plans on doing so.
I am not looking for support, I am looking for a more viable solution that to have to spend more money for a software that I have already purchased once. Please provide a more reasonable solution - other than - this product isn't supported any longer. I would consider an upgrade fee to purchase to an upgrade BUT there isn't even an option to upgrade, only to purchase a NEW license. I purchased a new license (I paid $1100 for my version) some time ago it works perfectly and I have no need to spend $1350 to PURCHASE a NEW LICENSE. I have a newer computer ready to use and I do not need a newer version of the software at this time. I am in the same situation as the previous users. I’ll get back to make sure you’re taken care of.
